NBAN website

NBAN website

The project aimed to develop an informational website for the National Broadband Alliance for Nigeria (NBAN), an initiative spearheaded by the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy (while working for a Tech Solutions Company)

The website includes a landing page that introduces the users to NBAN, about us, news & update, contact us and FAQ page.

Problem Statement
  • The National Broadband Alliance for Nigeria (NBAN), required an accessible and user-friendly platform to effectively communicate its mission, activities, and updates to a diverse audience. The absence of a centralized digital presence hindered public awareness, engagement, and transparency. A robust informational website was needed to bridge this gap.
Research Method
  • Conducted sessions with representatives from the Federal Ministry of Communications and NBAN to understand their objectives and desired website features.
  • Reviewed existing documentation and public materials about NBAN to ensure accurate representation of the organization’s goals and initiatives.
Findings
  • The website needed to support scalability and easy updates to accommodate future growth and changes in NBAN’s initiatives
  • Stakeholders preferred a clean, professional aesthetic with a color scheme that reflects NBAN’s branding.
  • Users prioritized quick access to news updates and clear contact information.
  • A streamlined FAQ section was identified as critical for addressing common inquiries efficiently.
