Strongmas Residence, is a subsidiary of Strongmas Group, trusted in smart building development in Nigeria. Delivering beautifully crafted projects & have made significant impact on both residential and commercial architecture.

The aim of this project is to update the user interface to one that effectively communicates the company's brand identity, showcase its high-quality developments & provide an engaging user experience.

Problem Statement
  • Strongmas Residence has established a strong reputation as a trusted smart building developer in Nigeria. However, the existing website did not effectively communicate the company's brand identity, showcase its high-quality developments, or provide an engaging user experience.
  • The outdated presentation may make it difficult for potential clients to explore projects, understand the company's value proposition, and confidently make enquiries, resulting in missed opportunities for lead generation and brand engagement.
Research Method
  • Competitor analysis of leading real estate and smart property developers to identify industry best practices and design trends.
  • Website audit to evaluate the existing site's usability, navigation, visual hierarchy, and content structure
  • Information architecture review to reorganize content into a more intuitive and user-friendly structure.
Findings
  • The website lacked a premium visual identity that reflected Strongmas Residence's reputation for luxury and innovation.
  • Navigation was not intuitive, making it difficult for users to locate property listings, company information, and contact details.
  • Property showcases did not effectively highlight architectural quality, smart home features, or project details.
  • Calls-to-action were not strategically placed, reducing opportunities for user enquiries and lead conversion.
